 I will be joining West Edge Opera Musical director, Jonathan Khuner, opera
singers Roy Stevens and Annalisa Winberg and Nepali folk musicians Rohit
and Ren ina a benefit concert to raise funds to provide musical instruments
for Nepali street chisldren through an iniative of the Kathmandhu Jazz
Conservatory and to hire Nepali musicians, actors and theater technicians
for a performance in Kathmandu of Douglas Cuomo's  opera "Arjuna's Dilemma"

I am not performing, but will be attending this concert celebrating  the 75th
Anniversary Concert

radio station KALW. KALW is h*ome many great  shows...particularly *Dore
Stein's Tangents *--one of the world's foremost programs, championing
innovative - cross-pollinated - great!- music from all over this planet of
ours. The concert will feature performance by Kronos Quartet and Bruce
Cockburn.
