Free Training Available for the My Source Radio Testimonial Awards
 
With CPB's support, DEI is mounting a national contest for the creation
of new 
My Source radio testimonials.  The contest is open for entries today.
Cash 
prizes of up to $3,000 will be awarded to the stations who produce the
three 
winning testimonials.  We want to hear the voices and accents of your
listeners 
and neighbors.  Enthusiastic project partners include PRPD, PRX, AIR,
IMA and 
StoryCorps. 
 
Last week, DEI hosted a webinar on how to solicit great testimonials.
My 
Source's DeLinda Mrowka and WKSU's Jeff St. Clair had great tips.  On

Stations can enter :30 and :59 second testimonials that end with the
phrase, "My 
name is (John Doe), and (Station Name) is my source for (X)."  Visit the
