[NFCB] PSA for Burmese Monks?

Hi everyone,

I have a volunteer who suggested running a PSA for the organization
Avaaz (https://secure.avaaz.org/en/burma_cyclone/77.php). They're
currently giving money to the International Burmese Monks Association to
ostensibly do a disaster relief end-run around the current government.
While seemingly a good thing (especially with today's news), I'm just
wondering about the fact that this PSA would in essence be soliciting
money for a religious organization, and with no quantifiable guarantee
of this money going to disaster victims. Here's the proposed copy:

Avaaz makes it possible to help the people of Burma through The
International Burmese Monks Organization and its network of monasteries,
a source of housing and support in the country during times of crisis.
Contributions will be sent directly to the monasteries, bypassing the
current government. Donations are being accepted online at avaaz.org.

Thoughts?

Thanks,
