[NFCB] (GEN) Program Guide

KPFT has recently resumed publishing a printed folio/newsletter/program
guide after a long hiatus. We don't mail them to the members, but
physically distribute them at events and coffee shops, wherever we can
hope to hook new people. It's an outreach tool.
