[NFCB] (GEN) Program Guide

Hi Laura,

We send out a quarterly program guide to all of our members and do a weekly 
e-news with local updates every Wednesday for anyone that would like to 
receive information, even if they are not a member.   The Guide is a lot of 
extra work, but so worth while in many ways. We also sell ad spots in it to 
help with the costs.
