Aloha fellow NFCBers,

It was awesome to see so many of you in Atlanta!  Now, I turn to you 
for suggestions.  We are talking about creating a programming 
committee. I know they can be great, and they can also be living 
nightmares.  I'm hoping to manifest the first with your help.  Do you 
have a programming committee that functions well?  If so, what is the 
structure and what do you think makes it successful?  If not, what 
went wrong?
