Hi Jeff,
Digital boards are allowed. You should check the PTFP allowable
equipment list to see which ones. You should also include any other
studio equipment that needs to be replaced. Generally, PTFP doesn't
usually fund projects that are under $15,000 or $20,000 because of all
the work that goes into putting the application together and then
administering it for 10 years. Obviously you have to be able to come up
with the match. Rural stations can often justify a 25% match. NFCB is
happy to review your application before you submit it or talk to you as
you put it together.
