[NFCB] PTFP funds for digital production/studio equipment...

Jeff,

There have been funds for digital conversion of studio
origination/production equipment in this and past years' rounds of PTFP
funding. But, since the application deadline for this year's grants has
passed, you'll have to wait for the notice of federal funding
opportunity for next year's cycle to verify what will and won't be
available in the future.

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't continue to cover digital
consoles in the future.
