EEO Public File Reports
Stations in Delaware, Indiana, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and
Texas: If you have five or more full-time employees, you must prepare an
EEO Public File report, place it in your Public File and on your website
if you have one. (Be sure to remove earlier reports from your
website-but not from your Public File). Deadline is April 1st. You
will find the list of what goes in this report in Chapter 3 of the
Public Radio Legal Handbook, section #6 under "Equal Employment
Opportunity Requirements." Stations with fewer than 5 full time
employees are exempt from this requirement.
EEO Mid-Term Reports
If you have more than ten full-time employees you are required to file a
Broadcast Mid-Term Report at the mid-point of your current license term.
That is Form 397 and you must attach your two most recent Annual EEO
Public File Reports to the Form 397 Report. Stations in Indiana,
Kentucky, Tennessee-your report is due April 1.
