[NFCB] Daylight Savings Time

Reminder that we change the clocks at 2 AM on Sunday, March 9.  Clocks
are advanced one hour to enter Daylight Savings Time.  

Make sure all automated systems are ready to go and that all late night
Saturday/early Sunday programmers remember the change.  

We lose an hour just when I need it the most.
