We don't have anyone on staff specifically for underwriting... yet. Whoever at the station brings in underwriting will get 20% commission. This is something that I coordinate to make sure the presentations are good, and to coordinate who is making presentations to which businesses/potential underwriters.

Underwriting is also a paid position at KVNF. We have thought of hiring
on a field representative and structuring a commission rate for that
because our geographic area is so large. So far, we haven't come up with
anything yet. Sally
