Notice of DSL pricing change

Greetings LMI DSL subscribers...

AT&T has recently notified us that they are increasing the wholesale
cost of Primary and Primary Plus local loops by $5 per month beginning
in May 2008. This new rate increase affects every ISP currently
selling AT&T-based DSL. Customers who get DSL service directly from
AT&T or Yahoo have already had their prices go up by $5/mo in March.

Because of this, we will be increasing the monthly cost of your DSL
service by $5/mo, beginning with your May invoice. In the 14 years we
have been providing DSL service, this is the first price increase we
have ever had.

Since these price increases did not effect our higher-speed DSL
services, we have decided to lower our prices for Advanced and
Advanced Plus DSL. Advanced DSL customers enjoy download speeds up to
3MB/sec, and Advanced Plus customers can get download speeds up to 6MB/
sec. Not all customers can get these higher speed services, but if you
live reasonably close to the telephone company central office, you may
qualify. See http://www.lmi.net/faq/dslfaq.php for specifics.

Our price for new orders of Advanced DSL is $49.95 /mo, or $59.95/mo
for Advanced Plus.

If you are interested in upgrading, please contact our sales dept (sales at lmi.net
, or 510-843-6389) to see if you qualify.

Thanks for your understanding...
