Hi folks,
 
In preparation for the Gardner Fellowship retreat next month, we are
taking a survey of former Fellows to get a snapshot of who we are at
this moment in time.  The results will be presented (without identifying
any individuals) on Sunday morning of the retreat, in a presentation
called:  "The John Gardner Fellowship Association:  Who We Are Today."

Please take a minute to complete the survey.  It's very short and quite
interesting!  And it will enable us to get a better picture of who we
are and how the Fellowship has affected our lives.
