JGFA Members:

Attached is a word document that we would like you to complete for the 
JGFA Retreat Face Book that will be handed out during the September 
13-14 event. 

EVEN IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE RETREAT, WE ASK YOU TO COMPLETE AND RETURN 
THIS UPDATE FOR YOUR JGFA COLLEAGUES.

Feel free to be creative -- adding photos and prose as you see fit!  
Just be sure it stays to one page and is photo copy ready!

There are two ways to submit your form:

1) Fill it out and email it back to me (megan.fogarty at stanford.edu)
2) Complete it and print it and mail it in a flat envelope to me:  Megan 
Swezey Fogarty, Haas Center for Public Service, 562 Salvatierra Walk, 
Stanford, CA 94305-8620.

To be included in the book, your form needs to be received by Wednesday, 
September 3.
