[Jgfamembers] Updating mentor contact information

Dear Gardner Fellows :

I am updating the Gardner Mentor database and I need your help.

Last year a number of you sent me your former mentor's contact 
information so I could mail them the Gardner profile publication. 
Some of you said you had lost track of your mentor.  If you could 
please do a little digging - googling helps - and get the information 
to me I would appreciate it.

If you can't remember your mentor's name you can look it up on the website
http://www.jgfa.net
or if you had a different mentor than the one listed, please send me 
that information.
The mentor database has just 45 names so any help you can give me 
would be great.
