Dear Friends --
During the pandemic I had the pleasure of composing the music and creating
the score for EnActe Arts' production of The Jungle Book: Rudyard Revised.  En
Acte is reclaiming a colonial story by “calling in” the problems of the
original - Kipling asks himself in the play “if I were to rewrite the story
today, what would I change?”. Written at the EnActe Conservatory by writers
ages 6-60 and performed by a highly diverse cast spanning race, gender and
experience, this is a piece of  collective wisdom.

costumes are stunning, with wonderful choreography by Aparna Sindhoor and
Anil Natyaveda of Navarasa Dance Theater.

EnActe has partnered with the Centre for Wildlife Studies
<http://cwsindia.org> to raise awareness of and funds for tiger
conservancy. There will be a tiger conservancy exhibit in the lobby and Dr.
Krithi Karanth <http://enacte.org/conservation-conversation> will speak
before each show about her impactful work
