[Gbrooks-promo] A little something for Pt. Ravi Shankar's 100th Birthday.

April 7th was the 100th birthday of sitarist and musical emissary Pandit
Ravi Shankar. In celebration of this event my good friend Bickram Ghosh
posted a video in which he performed a 50 beat rhythmic cycle that Ravi
Shankar composed in honor of India's 50th anniversary of independence.

Bickram's performance inspired me to compose a 100 beat melodic response to
this cycle in honor of Raviji's 100 years.
 You can see and hear this composition  in the video below. With extra "at
home" time on my hands, I filmed the process....please indulge me as I
learn my way around iMovie... and do enjoy the music.
