July  has been quite a month -- my birthday--my daughter's marriage -- a
little vacation on the east coast and now a concert *right here in
Berkeley!!!* with the wonderful* Frank Martin on piano *and the
extraordinary* Kai Eckhardt on bass. *

This concert is presented by *Jazz in the Neighborhood* in *Rendon Hall *at
the *CJC (formerly Jazzschool). * We will be presenting some new
compostitions, some old favorites and on a few numbers we will feature
Amelie- Anna Hinman, an emerging artist from the SF Conservatory of music
on percussion.

*This is an intimate space so please get your tickets early....we look
forward to seeing a lot of our home town friends.*

*and.....I will have copies of our new CD "Elements - The Alchemy"
available*
