I would like to let my San Francisco Bay Area friends know that I  
will be performing at a very special event this Saturday, the 28th of  
February,  celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of Walden School, an  
extraordinary, arts based, K-6 teacher run collective, where all  
three of my children received their elementary education.

Performing with me will be some of my favorite Bay Area muscians --  
on guitar is Barry Finnerty, an alumnus of the Crusaders and Miles  
Davis group, on drums, David Rokeach who has performed with Ray  
Charles and Aretha Franklin as well as on my first two CDs,  and on  
bass Marc van Wageningen who many of you have seen with Pete and  
Sheila Escovedo.

There will be great food and drink, excellent music, an auction and
