Greetings all!

I want to take a moment to let you know about several great concerts  
concerts coming next week.

First is the Berkeley Downtown Jazz Festival on Saturday the 26th.
There will be many wonderful performers including Summit. We will be  
performing at 2pm.

On Sunday the 27th we will be down in Half Moon Bay at the beautiful  
Bach Dancing and Dynamite Society.
The good news is that Highway 1 has re-opened at devil's Slide making  
it an easy and beautiful drive.
So come on down for some beach, dinner and great music! ...and bring  
the kids.

Please mark your calendars for a very special event on September 16th.
At Herbst Theater, legendary Indian flute master, Pt. Hariprasad  
Chaurasia, members of Summit, Kathak dancer Kaveri Agashe and tabla  
wizard Vijay Ghate, will join forces for an evening of classical  
Indian raga, global fusion and contemporary Indian dance.

If you have not had the opportunity to hear Pt. Chaurasia, you should  
really make the effort.
He is one of the great Indian musicians of the last century and truly  
one of the world's most captivating flautists (from any culture).
